Problem

• How do you align product design for 3 different design teams in 3 different states?

Solution

Create a collection of reusable components with clearly defined standards for consistent usage. These components combine pattern libraries, colors, and fonts with standardized design principles to help achieve consistent visual design at scale.

My Role:

• Design Leader - Worked with multiple design leaders to identify key components to define standards across the design organization.
• Worked with third party agencies to allocate resources to create, curate, and document these components.
